The balance shown may not be accurate.
If you would like an up-to-date rent account balance, please contact Income Services (Council Tenants) on 0800 358 3783 (option 1, then option 2) or the Housing Solutions Service Rents Team (Temporary Accommodation) on 020 7641 1000 and a member of the team will be happy to assist.
Please note: This issue does not affect leaseholders, and leaseholder balances remain accurate.
We apologise for any inconvenience caused and are working to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
This service allows you to view the balance of your housing rent or service charge account online and make a payment. The Council recommends payment by debit card.
If you require any assistance making a payment for your rent account or service charge account, please call us on 0800 358 3783 and ask to speak to the rent income team (tenants) or leasehold operations (leaseholders) where we can check your account balance.
