This service allows you to pay your Housing Benefit overpayment. You can pay by phone on 0203 77 22 602, or you can pay online using the link below. Please have your invoice number with you before using this service, which can be found in the top right hand corner of all letters issued in respect of your Housing Benefit overpayment. The Council recommends payment by Debit Card. Please note that you may have more than one invoice due for payment and each individual invoice will need to be paid separately against the relevant invoice number(s). If we have started recovery proceedings for non-payment, any costs incurred by such action will be added to the outstanding amount which will also be payable by you.
